Q. What is your Returns Policy?
A. All products hold a 90 day warranty with 7 day cooling off period to be returned unused in original condition. If faulty goods are returned they must be returned in original packaging otherwise a 10% fee will be taken off the full refund. We reserve the right to refund you in full or swap your product for something of equal or more value of which we will contact you first to confirm this is o.k with you, However we will not accept returns on products which have been damaged through negligence, installation services and repair work charges are non-refundable however do still carry a 90 day warranty against defective workmanship, please make sure you are skilled enough to deal with the products we sell before attempting to use them, please send your items back to the address with a completed returns form stated below :
