Any consoles sent to us for repair are under the responsibility of the owner to make sure they are insured against loss or damage during transit to us, we will insure against damage and loss upon sending them back to you, we test each console and log its serial codes from 2 locations in the console before sending them back.

Returns :

All products hold a 90 day warranty with 7 day cooling off period.
